Why Should I Study an ICB Office Administration Course?

The ICB courses are a very good option when it comes to your studies. This is because not only are the ICB courses accredited but they are also recognised nationally and internationally. This means that you are automatically more employable than other people out there. Another great advantage is that with some of the ICB programmes you could even get a degree.

What Does an Office Manager do?ICB Office Administration

Office Administrators do a lot of different things like:

  • Managing the admin staff and delegating work.
  • Setting up meetings.
  • Drawing up agendas.
  • Making travel arrangements.
  • Answering phones.
  • Creating and updating records.
  • Making sure the office has all the supplies it needs and ordering what the office needs.
  • Creating and submitting reports.
  • Helping all staff whenever possible.

Office Administrators perform a combination of secretarial, managerial, and administrative tasks every day. This all helps to make an office run smoothly and function properly. Nothing can be achieved in an office that does not work properly or have the correct tools to function.

What Courses are Available?
